I’ve lived in the Chattanooga area for over 15 years. Prior to that my wife and I lived in Charleston, South Carolina, where we bought our very first home—a short sale with a local bank. That transaction peaked my interest in real estate and we soon began investing in rental properties.

 

After a few years of investing, I turned my attention to representing clients to help others buy, sell, and invest as we had been doing. After moving to Chattanooga, Tennessee we  expanding our experience into commercial real estate, by purchasing the Weaver's Room at the Old Woolen Mill  and Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom.

 

Over the years, this experience and knowledge with so many different facets of the real estate process has allowed me to serve my clients in the best possible way.
